Notes from organizer
As you may be aware, the global health crisis with coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a unique challenge that has impacted many participants in this conference. Governments around the world are now issuing restrictions on travel, gatherings, and meetings to limit and slow the spread of the virus. The health and safety of the ICoSIA participants and speakers is our priority and UGM is supporting these efforts.
Following the advice and guidelines from healthcare officials and local authorities, ICoSIA 2021 will now be held virtually on 3-4 November 2021. The conference fees will be adjusted. Information and instructions on how to prepare for a virtual presentation will be sent separately.
Although ICoSIA 2021 cannot be held physically, the integrity and quality of the research and content will remain and now be experienced in the virtual environment.
Held as part of the Universitas Gadjah Mada Annual Scientific Conferences (UASC 2021) series, the 2nd International Conference on Smart and Innovative Agriculture (ICoSIA 2021) provides an ideal academic platform for researchers to present the latest research findings and describe emerging technologies and directions in a griculture.
This year, seven symposia will be held, Agricultural Geography symposium; Big Data Analysis symposium; Environmental Management symposium; Precision Nutrition Technology symposium; Smart and Precision Farming symposium; Smart Genetics Resource Management and Utilization symposium; and Sustainable Food Production.
The accepted and presented papers will be submitted to journals/proceedings that are indexed by Scopus/Clarivate Analytics/DOAJ: Atlantis Press (part of Springer Nature), IOP Conference Proceedings, Indonesian Journal of Biotechnology, ASEAN Journal on Science and Technology for Development, agriTECH.
